Definitions

Enquiries and Quotes

  1. Products on this Site cannot be purchased online. To order custom clothing, request a quote or Contact Us.
  2. Making an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create a contract. Any supply of products is subject to a quote and order confirmation agreed with us in writing.
  3. Production time, delivery, pricing, payment and any returns or fault arrangements are confirmed in your quote and order confirmation. Our standard production time is set out on the Lead Time page.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Site Content

  1. We take reasonable care to ensure the information, descriptions and images on the Site are accurate, but the Site may contain errors or be out of date. We may correct or update information at any time without notice.
  2. Product images are for illustration. Final designs, colours and specifications are confirmed in your approved artwork.
  3. The content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
